Search Submitted Document By Agent

Hello,

Sorry if I am starting another thread. But I couldnt find the info in the old forum.

The agent had submitted the file online and he never told exactly what documents were submitted by him. We asked him and hes refusing us to give back anything. So how can I found exactly what he submitted? Do i just send a GCMS notes request and mention to send back all the documents submitted so far.

You don't submit a GCMS request, you use ATIP to request the entire application file. And you fire your consultant. If they're refusing to give you paperwork, I would suspect they faked something.

How did you make the request? To whom did you send the request?
Are you inland or outside Canada?

You don't submit a GCMS request, you use ATIP to request the entire application file. And you fire your consultant. If they're refusing to give you paperwork, I would suspect they faked something.

I haven't made the request yet. The request will be sent from inside Canada by Canadian citizen.

So you have a known in Canada? or the agent is doing it for you?

A known person will do it for me and he has once previously ordered GCMS notes through ATIP
