Hello all,

I just had a quick, but perhaps silly question:

My wife is sponsoring me (US) to come to CANADA and will be sending out the application very soon. Hopefully by this week (bless her heart).
Like most people have been doing from what I see, we have broken up the application into 3 parts: SPONSOR, SPONSORED SPOUSE AND PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP.
For those envelopes that we put the forms and supporting documents in, is anyone sealing the envelope? putting tape? not sealing? Again, i know this is a silly question, but we just don't want to do anything that will annoy or piss off our the officer who happens to look at our application.

as always, thank you for any and all help/advice! it is truly appreciated!

I personally didn't seal them.

I did not separate them - all our documents were in the same package and it was fine.

With this is mind - I highly doubt sealing them has any impact or benefit.

I didn't seal mine, I wish I didn't (thinking about it afterwards)

I didn't seal mine either and had no problem. :)
I just put every part in a separate envelope.

Submitted everything in one envelope, arranging them according to the checklists
