Sealed trancscripts for ECA given by university only sealed but not stamped

I received my sealed documents for ECA in an envelope from university. Although the envelope is sealed by tapes from both opening sides but it is not stamped anywhere. Is university stamping required/mendatory?
BTW the docs are in university's envelope i.e. university's name, address, email is printed on it.

Courier.
I'm from Chandigarh, INDIA. Which courier service is best to send these to WES Toronto? Which one is the fastest? How much do they charge?

Sealed will suffice, btw how do you know not stamped? Hope you did not open the seal to check.

I did not open it.
I don't see any stamp anywhere outside the envelope. Its just sealed by plane tape from both opening sides. Thats why I asked it.

No Problem. Just send it through EMS or Overnite or DHL.
