Hi, I am filling the forms to apply PR by my self and found some complications filling in background declaration from.
your advise will be so HUGE help.please.
before asking questions, here is my some background that makes me a little too complicated points.
In my recent 10 years, I had 5 years university education included 2 semesters of apprenticeship on the 3different ships which was part of my marine engineering course.
And plus, One of the schools semester I was oversea exchange student and came back home county for winter vacations and did intership for another semester (5months).
And I had to live in school dormitories during overall school semesters in my university except during my apprenticeship on the ships and exchange student/internship overseas.
After graduation, I worked on world-wide passenger ship for 2years sailed from port to port around 34 in countries.
Questions.
Education History,
Q1 - for my apprentice on the ships(three different Korea coastal) for 4,5,3months which was part of my course. Should I write in in extra row about it? how should I write my address for this time? -
Q2 For exchange student and did my internship for each semesters in Denmark, ;Should I write about it in both education history and personal history, or only ineducation or only in personal history ?
Address History -
Q3 If my legal address NEVER has beenchanged, but if I have lived in school dormitory in my time in university only during thesemesters and lived at my legal home address for school vacations; Should I put schooldormitory address for each 8 semester times? -
Q4 I have stayed in Europe for 5 months twice and 3month in for studying, internship, training, trips ; Should I write all the addresses for all and ALSO in travelling form?
Q5 I lived and worked on the ship sailed world-wide for 2years, and I don't have the address of the port where I joined the ship, How should I fill the address for this 2years? How about traveling form?
Travelling form -
Q6 Is this form optional, wondering as I don't see it in checklist ?
Q7 If I had backpack trip in Europe 10cities in 3weeks and for my a week or weekends trip in my exchange student and intership time, should I fill all small detail ?-
Q8 Should my husband,my parents and sister( who are not applying for PR), all need to fill their travel record?
