Hi my part time student work permit was expired in 2014 and i had no status after that.

I got request of background declaration form under spouse sponsorship.

What should i write in work history after 2014??

Tell them the truth or risk a misrepresentation finding. You will find they are far more lienient if you tell the truth. Omissions or lies could result in a five year ban or worse later on.

YEa tell the truth I’m being with out status for 3 years today I send my application and my legal representative told me this “immigration officers are not stupid at all, living in Canada for all this time and not working ? How you pay your expenses and more questions to ask so yea tell everything and hope they give you a second chance

Declare honestly. It will not have a negative impact on your PR application but it may prevent you from being issued an OWP if you are applying inland.
