SDS stream SOP and Income tax return mandatory ??

HI All

I wanna apply for my niece from India

she passed her 12th grade from state board school with Biology, Chemistry and Physics with 78% marks without Math
she scored in IELTS Academics with 6.5 bands no less than 6 in each

MY question is Is it mandatory to write SOP to file under SDS stream and show Income tax return because I didnt find any info in CIC website

please give your inputs I want to apply without any consultant

No, Income tax and SOP are not mandatory, although writing a SOP is recommended.

You need to show last 4 months of bank statements.

If parents can be shown but some kind of sponsorship letter must be given. Always better to have source of funds in your name.
