If you are applying for SDS visa, Go with SDS offline, bcoz you will submit your biometrics and passport along with your visa application. This can save upto 7-10 days in comparison to SDS online (where you have to go to vfs to give biometrics (1st time) then wait for it to reach ircc. Again wait for passport request and again visit vfs (2nd time) to submit passport and wait till it reaches ircc and they need to ship it back then again go to vfs (3rd time) to collect passport).
So, my suggestion for those who are applying for SDS visa go with Offline not Online one!! Since it save time and money if you are staying far from VFS Office
