SDS Financials for a 2 year course (Co-op)

Hi Guys,

I've been following the forums for two months and finally created account today.

I have got an admit in Cambrian Brampton in Cloud Computing course ( 2yr and last semester Co-op) for Jan 2021. I have almost 4 yrs experience in Software field and relevant to Cloud applications. I have enough savings for 1yr tuition fee which is 17000CAD in my account and taking some personal loan for GIC. My question is do we need to show solid financials for second year? and the living expenses for 2 year. Me and my parents and don't have income tax returns. Is it okay to have distant relative as sponsor?

You only strictly need proof of funds for the first year, but it must be clear you are generally financially sufficient and any funds in your or a sponsor's bank account are set aside for your use in Canada.
