SDS applying from India in 2022

Hi,
This is my timeline:
May 2022 Intake (currently online classes)
Applied twice from UAE Visa Office both denied in a month, on (February & March) (Seems it is common to get denied from UAE if you are temporary Work Visa holder there);
April 13, 2022: Applied from India (SDS); Medical and Biometrics already updated immediately.
No Updates After.

Can anyone confirm the duration it will take to send the passport to VFS (by courier) and receive it back after visa stamping
Applied (SDS): June, 14
Biometrics: June, 21
Medical Upfront: June, 10 (not updated yet)

Recently, I checked on processing times, now its 13 weeks. My program starts in fall, 22, I might have to defer.
