Dear sir
i am asking for your assistance. i have a question regarding my score(skill worker min 67)
my brother has candian citizenship he lived in canada from 2000 to 2006
in 2006 he got a job in USA so he left canada in 2006 and has been living in USA since then
meanwhile he has a bank account in canada and permannet citizenship but he doesnot reside in canada at the moment
will be award 5 scores under the mentioned condition?

No, you will not get points for him if he is not living in Canada.
 
I am not sure but i am afraid it is necessary to live in Canada when someone wants to take benefit on your behalf. You will not get any points.
 
As the whole purpose of getting score for relatives because they could help you when you are IN Canada, you won't get anything if he/she is NOT in Canada.
