Score discrepancies between CRS tool and Express entry profile

Before submitting the profile, I had checked my CRS score on this tool:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
It resulted in 432.
I submitted the details in the express entry portal and the score increased to 440.
I checked for all the corresponding details between the two and found out the difference is on this:
The CRS Tool gives:

• Level of education = 120

The Express entry profile tool gives:

• Level of education = 128

I cross checked for wrong educational details and I have given correct details everywhere.
It is given as:
"Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute" everywhere
My WES verification also says Bachelors degree:

CRS Tool Score: 432
Core/Human capital factors
Age = 110
Level of education = 120
Study in Canada = undefined
Official Languages = 127
First Official Language = 127
Education
Official Language proficiency and education = 25
Foreign work experience
Official Language proficiency and foreign work experience = 50
You can see that the difference is in "level of Education".
Could anyone tell me what is the problem here ?

128 points is what you should be receiving for "Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years", while 120 points is what you get for just a bachelor's degree. Do you have a diploma or other degree that you listed in your EE profile?

There is a two year program in India called after tenth grade and before Engineering (bachelor's). We call that plus 2. But I'm not sure if we can put that as a diploma here.

Don’t put class 12 here, that’s school, not diploma

CRS - Additional - French Proficiency or Bilingualism 15
which is extra even though I havent specified anywhere about having any knowledge of French. Has anyone encountered this problem? I have rechecked the application but everything seems to be correct.

I am assuming this is a bug introduced by CIC. The logical reason is mostly due to them accepting TCF Canada Scores, this is an additional French exam that they recognize now. don't worry they will most likely recognize it and fix it at the earliest.
