My brother wants to come to Canada for study and after that get work permit and finally (hopefully) apply for PR,

Could you please advise any school or College that are appropriate for this manner? Your experiences are much appreciated

There are hundreds of universities and colleges in Canada. He is going to need to put in the time to research schools and programs himself.
