Some one from India and he has finished his 10th class in 1996 i mean high school only . During the moving to another house. he has lost some schooling document by mistake. Now the person in Germany living as PR with his wife. But he is not principle applicant .still he has to provide his schooling documents or not..did CIC has so much concern regarding his school even he is not main applicant… also he is not claiming any points behalf on his education.

The main thing is that if he will going to apply his schooling documents in India. maybe its take more the 6 months or even longer because 1996

which visa office is it for... for CHC, ND schooling documents are not required to be sent. If it's Germany, then your friend needs to check the Germany specific rules...

FYI - CBSE in India issues duplicate documents in 1 day for a fee of Rs. 500 per document. i did my 10th in 1995 and it was computerized even then...

Berlin visa office ....His wife is not claiming any point because of his education. And I have checked with berlin visa office instruction form that they need only Post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas; and his education only high school.

Sorry i didn’t get properly to your reply, can you please explain little bit more or what understand according to your reply.. that what I have wrote it means that is ok. means they will not required high school certificates .

Kindly explain me the different with high school ------- high secondary school –and--- post secondary school . brothers to be very honest I have on idea. I am completely confused right now.. so please help…
 
every country has different nomenclature for schooling.

yes, post-secondary would typically mean post-grade XII
