I have below query :
Do I have to physically mail all the documents to Consulate now and later attend the interview or Should I carry the documents on Interview day itself ?

- I have an appointment for finger printing and personal interview on Oct 15th 2019 at Vancouver Consulate.
- I have an entire set of documents ready with me required for tourist VISA
- We are permanent Resident ( PR ) of Canada.
