you have to fill-out than do signature and upload.

Thanks a lot for the info. Do you know if everyone needs to do this? I mean, we already had to enter those details while filling out the online application for Permanent Residency.

I know what is scheduled A is, my question is why we need it, i have answered some of the statuary question with "yes" and provided my explanation also will write the same explanation with the LOE, so i am not really seeing why it is necessary appreciate if someone answer me, second question is should we fill the whole document or only the part related to the statuary questions, third question is where to upload it there is no placeholder for scheduled A should we include it with LOE ?
