Schedule A request

I was requested to fill and submit schedule A just a day ago, but I don't know why. I mean I have filled in everything in the original forms of EE. Did not leave any gaps and I stayed only in 3 residential addresses in the past 10 years, out of which two were in Canada. I stated them all. So, I just wrote the exact same info as I had given in the EE forms. Is there any cause for concern? Why do they ask for this document? Given that some people are asked and some aren't.

There is nothing to worry about it. Just submit it and relax.

I don't understand why do they need a Schedule A when the uploaded data would ideally be the same ?

I think they use it for performing background checks. They specifically ask for your name to be written in your native language. In this way, they can conduct checks on you in your home country where on records, your name might be in your native language.

I know they ask for schedule A in case of past visa refusals. My wife and I have past visa refusals and therefore attached our schedule A in advance along with the LoE

There is nothing to worry about it. Just submit it and relax.

Yes just submit..if you notice they call it replacement form. It was requested from me too and I uploaded immediately on March 15th, by March 20th PPR came.. so nothing to worry about

What do you mean by background checks? For travel history specifically?

I took screenshots before submitting my EE profile. I also took screenshots before submitting my eAPR. Since, I submitted the schedule A along with my eAPR, I copied all the data from the post ITA form to schedule A. I filled it with the pen

I was refused a visa as well and will be attaching the Sch. A form with my LOE before submitting.

Hopefully, this saves us processing time in our application if we do it preemptively.

hey - from past experience is schedule A required for below case.

I was rejected Aus visit visa in 2012, but i applied again in 2013 and 2015 and travelled twice since on visit visa...

i hope they dont ask me - only becoz i dont want application to be delayed by even 1 day ;D

Asking or not is upto CIC. I didnt want a delay so I submitted it upfront.
