Schedule A request received - when to expect PRR?

I finally got an update from CIC after medical passed on April 7. CIC asked to submit Schedule A for me and my spouse and it did it. At this stage, how long it will take to get PRR?

I am a CEC inland applicant with AOR on March 3. My timeline is in my signature..

Honestly, it depends. I am CEC too, I got the SchA request on May 26th and haven't heard anything from then since.
