Schedule A request, principal applicant or a spouse?

Hi guys! We received schedule A request this morning for a dependant (wife), but for some reason when I go to transmit the copy it's under the principal applicant documents, kinda strange ,right? Should I submit Schedule A for both of us just in case?

I wonder why would they need Schedule A, was there a mistake in the EE application, does it indicate anything wrong in particular?

Application Submitted: March 28
AOR: April 10
BG in progress: April 24
Medicals Passed: June 5
Application in Progress (ECAS): July 14
Schedule A request: July 21
