Hi! My American wife is living with me while I'm sponsoring her and we have just linked her online account and submitted her FBI clearance and schedule A, and I thought I was doing exactly as the Basic Guide explained. But after submitting these things the online form is asking for another Schedule A. I'm sure this can be interpreted either way, but whose additional schedule A form are they asking for. I thought it was pretty clear that it was just my wife's, but do they need Schedule A's and police checks from me (the sponsor) and her whole family. It feels wildly inconvenient to put them through a process.

They dont need a schedule A or police certificate from the sponsor. Schedule A has some issues with validation sometimes, make sure it says validated yes and then save it, close it and upload it, dont reopen it because it will go back to unvalidated. If that doesnt work, validate it, save it, leave the file open and upload it.
Well I tried this a 4th time. They keep on sending the same letter requesting the Schedule A and we keep submitting it and getting the letter again. Getting really frustrated and want processing to start.
