Schedule A & PCC Query

Hi everyone. Need a little guidance. Got a request for Schedule A & PCC.
1. My permanent address is the same since the last 10 years. This is the address that will be on my PCC.
2. For the last year I’ve been working in a different city. The temporary address where I’m living is not on any documents.

In the schedule A, do I mention just my permanent address or my temporary address as well?
If I don’t mention my temporary address, there will be a discrepancy in my work history (which will mention my current role in the different city) and my address history (which will only mention my permanent address).
I was thinking I should mention both addresses in my address history (with dates overlapping) and with the PCC attach a letter of explanation stating that the PCC in my country is only made on the basis of the permanent address. Will that be ok?
