Schedule A Online

Hello everyone, I am just wondering if anyone have encountered such thing. This is the second time they are requesting me to provide Schedule A, I had uploaded the first one sometime in December but they are asking it again though it is quite tricky because it says Schedule A Online. Wherein I have tried uploading same as what I did initially that is (filled the form, signed, scanned and upload) but now it was not accepted. I hope to hear from you the soonest. Thank you.

Hello, I just had a similar problem because the letter of request provided a link to the wrong form. The Schedule A Online must be validated before being uploaded. I found the link to the Schedule A Online by clicking on the name of the form on the screen where you upload the requested documents.
