I’m hoping someone has dealt with this before because I’m completely stuck.
I received an ADR asking me to submit a new Schedule A (IMM 5669). The request specifically tells me to use IMM 5669 (05-2021) E, but the version linked in the request and available on the IRCC website doesn’t have a Validate button.
The problem is that when I try to upload it through GCKey, it rejects the form because it says the form must be validated. There is no Validate button on the version they asked me to use.
I reported the technical issue to IRCC, submitted screenshots showing the problem, and uploaded completed Schedule A forms through the “Add a new document” feature in the IRCC webform. I also sent a follow-up webform explaining the situation.
My deadline is close but GCKey still says that Schedule A is required and the upload slot hasn’t changed. The only replies I’ve received have been generic technical support emails that don’t actually address the issue.
Has anyone else had this problem? I’m getting really worried because I’ve done everything I can think of, but I don’t know whether IRCC will actually consider the forms I submitted through the webform.
