schedule A help please

hello here is my problem. I dont know what to put on Schedule A/ Background declaration specific for these questions:

5. Education history

Level of education ?

Field of study?

Lets say for highschool. hope it makes sense. thanks!

You would put Secondary School or High School
The name of the school, city/province/country
The date you started until the date you stopped/finished
Level would be the grade you last were attending or if you completed/graduated then you can put Diploma received
Field of study - high school or you could put college preparation
