Schedule A- Explanation Letter Where to submit

I want to explain some fields in the Schedule A i recently submitted through MyCIC online.

What is the best way to get them this explanation letter?
IRCC webform, or Email?

If you don't have a request for files in MyCIC, I would use the webform.

For the webform what category did you select? "Technical Difficulties"?
