Schedule A Background/Declaration

Im the sponsor of my Husband ( Principle Applicant) and not sure who has to complete Schedule A Background/Declaration. Is it only by Principle Applicant? In the application form it says,

"Indicate whether you are
  • THE PRINCIPLE APPLICANT
  • THE SPOUSE, COMMON LAW PARTNER........
Does this mean both of us has to submit each of our own copy?
 
Only individuals who are applying for PR fill out the form. Sponsors don't fill out the form.

The reason for the wording is that this is a generic form that is used by many different immigration application types such as express entry where 2 foreign nationals are married and may together apply for PR. One would be the principal applicant and the other would be the spouse/partner of the principal applicant.

hi good afternoon im confused too... im the principal applicant and i include my family member as my dependents but not accompanying me to canada. do they need and my sponsor fill up this form? thankyou

What family members? Only your children can be included as your dependents...But not father, mother, sisters etc.
