Schedule A - Background Declaration - Information Update

Hi Everybody,

Recently, I have received Schedule A - Background Declaration replacement file request for my Express Entry profile. While preparing the same, I noticed a few corrections on the personal activities, city where the activity took place and also a mistake on my current address date ie just year was wrongly in the addresses history for ex: 2014/2/1 instead of 2015/2/1.

Can someone please guide me whether I can update the correct details in the Schedule A address and personal history and revert back or should I still provide the wrong data in it. In addition, If I plan to update the incorrect details can I explain it in a additional sheet and attach it with Schedule A form and notify the officer ?

What do you mean by 'should I still provide the wrong data'? Check yourself before you wreck yourself mate!

It's not rocket science, just provide them with correct information. They were kind enough to point out your mistakes now you have to do your part and update them with corrected information.

the form i sent with my application i also made a few mistakes.. but when they asked the second time i corrected it. no need to tell them .. if they ask you can tell them that it was a mistake. but dont send wrong dates.. make sure you correct and send it

yes, Don not send wrong information.
Just send what is right. You can also include a note about your mistakes in your previous form.

I was also asked to provide Schedule A - Background Declaration on 14th March which I submitted on 6th April.
Whats weird is, I was specifically asked for personal history information only for post Sep-2014 activities(my PR application was filed in Sep-2014) . Did anyone else get a request like this?
