Schedule A Background check???

Hey guys! I have linked my application and cic has requested for Schedule A Background check. I am a little confused, do i need to supply one for everyone in my family, or just myself and my sponsor or just me (the principal applicant)

My boyfriend is sponsoring me as a common law partner.
