Schedule A 6.d Refusal Explanation

Hi Guys,
I am going to re-apply for the CEC. Since, I am refused for immigration so I have to give explanation for the following in Schedule A 6.d.
been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temp

Should I mention that I was eligible and it was VO's mistake?

Please suggest me with the thought that It was VO's mistake....

You are correct. Don't say anything implying that the VO was wrong. You can state the reasoning provided by the VO in your own words.

You dont need to provide any reason in detail.
I have same situation as yours.
I put only previous application's file number. Everything was fine. I m PR now. Waiting for PR Card.
They can access your previous file notes if he/she concern about it. Dont make thing too complicated for them.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will surely consider that. Looks like a good option though.

BTW, would you mind to share your denial reason? That may help me in my situation.

I went through your previous post and got my answer of the question that I asked you above. So did you applied with the same NOC and how did you convince VO second time. Any tips?
