Hello,

In my Schedule 8, I have had 2 jobs in the last 3 years - same NOC code for each of them. I only want to rely on my second position (1 year + experience). I am no longer in contact with my first supervisor (she went on mat leave and never came back).

So - I know I only need 1 year of skilled experience for CEC. But, it seems like I should include BOTH positions on the CEC form. Is that correct? And for clarification, I only need to include the employer letter from my second position (1 year+ experience), right?

Thanks seniors!

Hoping for input from seniors. I'm mailing my application on Monday.

Currently, for the position I am NOT relying on, I have a letter from HR stating my job title, wage, and dates of employment. I also have my T4. Obviously this wouldn't be enough if I wa relying on the position, but since I am not, and since my old supervisor is no longer with the company (explained in my application), I think I am good to go. Thoughts?

YES you should mention both jobs in the form , but your thinking is correct that you can include the employment letter for which your applying , though you can mention this in your cover letter that I am putting my case on this experience if its your current job , Thats all .

I believe they wont go to your earlier job as they Lock down the latest duration of your experience to determine ELIGIBILITY.

I believe you are good to go.
