Schedule 4 and 4A forms requested from CIC

I just submitted my online PR application for FSW. Today I got a message from CIC asking me to submit these forms in the next 7 days:

Schedule 4 - Prov Nominees: A newly completed Schedule 4 Economic Classes – Provincial Nominees form

Schedule 4A- Prov Nominee: A newly completed Schedule 4A - Economic Classes - Provincial Nominees - Business Nominees form

I got a provincial nomination, but I'm not a business nomination, not that I'm aware of. Do I need to submit the schedule 4A as well? Or just the schedule 4?
I'm not sure if this list of forms is personalised for me, or just a generic one they send out and you send in what applies to your situation.

Sorry I know this sounds a bit silly, but I think I'm really a bit clueless with all these application details but wanted to make sure I send them all the forms they need.

This list is a generic one for all PNP applicants. I got the same and I am an SINP International Skilled Worker category applicant.
Fill the schedule 4 and attach as requested.

For schedule 4a, write a Letter of Explanation (LOE) on a word document addressing CIC and state that schedule 4a is not applicable as you are not a business nomination applicant. Print, sign the letter and scan and upload.

This is what I have done and many other PNP applicants.

I see, thanks for explaining this darklord, that helps.
It's all quite confusing when they ask you for things and I keep on thinking it's a personalised request or list of things they want you to submit.

I have just uploaded schedule 4 not uploaded anything on schedule 4a. My last day was 8th december i uploaded on 2nd december and till then nothing from them and even in my account it shows "your action is required" is it normal?

You need to upload LOE for Schedule 4a. if you leave it blank system thinks you have not provided the details and so you are seeing the message "your action is required". Just write an LOE as I have explained earlier on this thread and upload in place of schedule 4a.

PLease upload Letter of Explanation that Schedule 4a is not valid for you. Otherwise they wont process your application, you cannot leave that section blank.

No, it will not affect your application. There is not specific format for LOE. Its an avenue to explain, that's all. What you have done is fine. Dont worry.

Eventhough Schedule 4a does not apply, you will need to write an LOE (Letter of Explanation) on a word document (for example) with statement like "Schedule 4a is not applicable to me as I have applied under <insert the province and the stream>. I have uploaded schedule 4 which is applicable to me." print and sign and scan this document and upload under 'Schedule 4a".

Schedule 4 and 4a are forms for applicants who are nominated by a Canadian province under the Province Nomination category. Schedule 4 declares your intention to reside in the province that nominated you.
