Hi everyone,

First of all, I want to thank everyone for their valuable input to this forum. I've been reading for past 2 days and learnt a lot about the canadian immigration.
I have a question on Schedule 3 , Q.11 - "Your work experience". I noticed under Main duties the space is limited and is really difficult to put all the duties. Should I just briefly put the duties in this space or it's better to elaborately write the duties in an attachment? This is the initial appliation for Nova Scotia, so I am not sure if they look at this at this stage. Or do they make a decision based on the duties described?

Please advice based on your prior experiences.

If the space provided is not sufficient, Plz write ur duties in a separate sheet and attach it.
 
Yes, I agreed with Nisha, just write a reference of particular question in aditional sheet as well.
 
I have used a separate sheet for my job responsibilities when sending forms to Sydney Nova Scotia. My application got approved at that stage and was sent to CHC Islamabad.

Decision of immigration officer in CIO will be based mainly on your job responsibilities and if they are not detailed and not so clear he/she might consider you ineligible so in my opinion use a separate sheet and provide your responsibilities with details.
 
remember to mention your name, the form no for which the sheet is extra sheet and the question no. which you are alaborating.

you may chose to add information on the extra sheet or print everything again. both work...

Idea about separate sheet is also good. but i used abbriviated language with full means and tried to cover almost all my job description in bullents, in short, i never used extra sheet for this..
 
In my case i attached a detailed ' 2 sheets' description of all my duties in 4 jobs at the end of this form and stapled it.

I also put a note in the Q11 work experience columns - Refer Attached Sheet 'work experience 1/2/3/4' and in the sheets i put a header like that with company name, occupation, Job designation and main duties

Thanks all for your responses. I think I'll just attach an additional sheet just to be safe, can't really hurt.

I also didn't used any extra sheet and mentioned the duties in short words in the space provided. I am still waiting for the response from CIO. I would suggest everyone to attach an extra sheet since it wont leave any doubt.
