Dear All,
Regarding "SCHEDULE 2" form, I have a long story as an answer of Q3.(A, B) and Q10.
According to instructions, I must attach a separate sheet of paper.

My question is:
Should I write part of the answer in the original form, then resume it in the separate sheet\paper, or I should leave the answer as blank in the original form, then write a full answer in the additional paper ?

Finally, in case I must leave the answer as blank in the original form and write a full story in the additional paper, is it mandatory to write a reference indicator in the original form to notify the reader about the availability of the full answer in the additional paper ?

you should write part of the answer in the original form, then resume it in the separate sheet\paper


it is also always better to write "continued on additional sheet attached" as a reference indicator in the original form if possible


Better to label the additional sheet like this:-

Additional sheet 1
Name: xyz, UCI number: 12345 (if available)
Question NO: xx
Answer Continued...
the text and body of the additional/continued answer. if it is a continuity of a table format then better to make the table the same way as in original
