I am sponsoring my daughter to come to Canada as a Permanent Resident . She is a minor (15 years old) and the applicant in the immigration process (Family Class

Does she need to supply these two forms as part of the application?

1. IMM 008 Schedule 1 - Schedule 1, Background / Declaration
2. IMM 5406 Additional Family Information
