Schedule 1 Background/Declaration?

Hi all,

Please correct me if I'm wrong, is my sponsor (wife, born and raised Canadian citizen) supposed to fill out a copy of the Schedule 1 Background/Declaration, even though I'm the only one moving up, applying for PR, and the "principal applicant"? A few of the questions are pretty clear, but this form seems a little vague, almost as though they want her to supply her info as well, even though she's not applying for PR, nor traveling with me, but rather, just sponsoring...

Can someone please clear this up for me?

Only you, the only thing the spouse sponsor completes are forms under sponsorship here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp#sponsor
