gents please help me to understand the issue,

i have all my savings in cash. can not provide a bank statement.
while short landing, can i declare them so they will be non taxable once i move back for good? officer will take my statement that i have this money without any proof?

No you can't. You need some proof of funds when you land. Usually a printout of your bank accounts is sufficient. Just saying that you have the money is not enough.

You should put your money in a bank account and then bring the bank statement with you.

The other option would be to bring the money in actual cash. This means that you'll have to follow particular custom procedures (since it'll be more than 10K in cash) and it will also most likely make the immigration officer suspicious why you would only bring cash.
