Saving certificate, nominee , and account time

I intend to apply for a student visa My mother has a savings account ( We call FDR under or central bank). My questions are.

which was created six months ago. Is that a problem if I want to show my proof of fund using this account?

Would transferring the money to a Canadian account would be a better option?

Another problem is the nominee ( person whom you can list in your investment or bank application as the person who can receive the proceeds of your account in case of your unexpected death ) of this account is my Aunt( Mothers sister) and his son. As she wanted me to donate the money for my study. How can she properly explain Do she need to can you share an example?

You would need to show the account statements, a bank certificate from the said bank, and a notarized letter of sponsorship from your mother where she clearly states that she's offering the money for your studies.
