Even if they ask for it, I don't think you can get it once you leave Saudi. I have read somewhere on the forum wherein someone was asked to submit the PCC after leaving Saudi and he then sent a letter to CIC. His PCC for Saudi was waived. You could contact the Saudi embassy in the country you are at present just to enquire.
