by the time it reaches CIC it must not be more than 3 months old.
Any reference for above line click..? or its just a trick.. ;) Do u know any member whos PCC is rejected by LVO & it was 3.5 months old but valid for another 1 year, ?
Im expecting medical in few days & i have already arranged all PCC in JAN. so if you right then i have to apply all PCC's again. Then what is the logic behind validity of PCC?

Let me provide my personal opinion here. I am saying again, this is my personal opinion.

I personally think what click.trick mentioned about PCC has be to issued within the last 3 months really makes sense. There is a possibility of visa officer asking for an updated PCC (not older than 3 months old). Look at the below 2 different cases:

1) Person A submitted PCC along with application in JAN, the PCC was issued in JAN as well, his file is reviewed on JULY, it is unlikely that Visa Officer will ask for a new PCC. This is what mentions a PCC is valid for one year.

2) Person B didn't submit PCC in JAN along with application, in JULY, he was asked to submit PCC, he submitted PCC which was issued in FEB, he might/might not be asked for a new PCC. Yes, the PCC is still valid but it was issued more than 3 months ago.

The other thing is that, acceptance of a documents vary from case to case, and from an office to another, even if Ahmed Badawi's PCC is accepted (I hope so), it doesn't necessarily mean that all visa officers will accept in a similar way.

What 'click.trick' wanted to say is, if getting PCC is an easy process for your country, don't get PCC too early.

Again, I emphasize that you shouldn't depend on one case, if accepted once from someone, it doesn't mean it will be accepted for all. The rule here is not BLACK or WHITE. It depends fully on visa officers decision. For example, people who got newborns after application, some of them were asked to submit only the birth certificate, while many others (from the same visa office) have been asked for DNA test! Why there is no clear rule?!

Do I need to attest the Saudi PCC (after translation in english) from Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of foreign affairs (MOFA)
It is not a big deal, I can do it in 1 hour
I am asking, if I do will it be good or not
plz suggest
thanks

I didn't do it. Submitted as it is, and it worked.
If you prefer to stay safe, do it. But I am sure it's not necessary.

I replied to some of your first 2 questions 2 days ago. Please check.
I attached our photos to the medical form myself before going there. They didn't take any more photos.
