,..just wondering how can one get SMS if our visa office does not care giving our mobile number to the courier.

There was two things that VO used to ask
1- updated information chart it contains your mobile number
2- Return Envelop which contains also your mobile number

Lastly no courier service take the shipment without the mobile number or phone number at least. If sms will not come aramex will call you to inform about your parcel.

Thanks badar, when is it that they ask for a return envelop with mobile number. In my case, there was never such request from LVO, hence I have not submitted any.

To submit your package by courier, mail, or in our drop box
In your package, include a self-addressed envelope that is A4 size or larger (21cm x 30cm or 8.5” x 12”). Do not put stamps on your return envelope. Do not use a courier envelope as your return envelope. If your return address is in the UK, you may use a Royal Mail Special Delivery envelope that is large enough (keep a copy of the tracking number).

Thanks a lot badar I haven't come across this stage yet. While sending your PP through FedEx, didn't they ask you to give a tel number / mobile number of the one who will receive it. I think they don't take the package unless you have a contact number with the address. Does LVO has a contact number that one can mention alongwith address.

Yes they asked the LVO Contact no. Mobile number for offices address is not mandatory. Yes numbers are mentioned on LVO website. For personal couriers, Courier Service will ask the mobile no. as well.

Must say you been really helpful. Sending PP would not be a personal courier i believe, so in that case the contact number that you mentioned should suffice, am I right !

I am Saudia based applicant, I applied in 2011 without consultant and my case is in "In Process" now in 2013. I live in Riyadh. Can any one tell me what was your next steps after anyone of you got "In Process." When and how did you guys get medicals after In process. I've heard that people living in Saudia who applied without lawyers or consultants get medicals via registered post. How many of you had this experience. Please note I also sent them 2 self labelled envelops.

Yes, you are right as I received Medical Via registered post but along with that they will also send the email for Medical Forms so nothing to worry about that. You can send them the Case Specific Inquiry just to check your status if you have not send any in near past.

Dear mates, In Sha Allah , hope to fly for Canada on 13, June by British Airways from Riyadh and will be back to Riyadh on 12, July 9:40 PM ( Terminal 1 ). After 5 hours ; 13, July will fly for Bangladesh by Saudi Airlines ( different Terminal ) and hope to come to Riyadh on 27, July. Do I need multiple visa for Saudi Arabia or Exit and Re- entry visa is enough for me ? From terminal 1, how can I go to Saudi Airlines terminal ? Do I need to cross the Immigration in Riyadh ? Will it be problem to collect my luggage ?
