I am Dilip Kumar from Saudi Arabia and visa office is LVO. I received my PER on 9th March 2015. I raised CSE about my application status with LVO and got reply from the below mentioned person.

so is DRD my visa officer ? as i got reply from DRD , or is he a customer service agent ?

Today i have submitted my passports in CVAC Al khobar for visa stamping.
3 photos, letter and information chart alongwith passports submitted
i hope there was no need for PPR email printout to be attached while submission of passport.

Is there anyone who submitted passports in CVAC al khobar ?

I have already gone through this post i send all required docs to my contact in KSA but police authorities are not accepting. :'( :'( :'(

Somebody in this forum said that you can submit the final exit visa as a proof that you left Saudi without any crime.

If you have completed 2 years in a company, only then you are eligible for End of Service Benefits. Will they cut two months salary, they should not if you resign properly. But I don't know the terms of the work contract you signed. It will depend on that. Its better to resign and not just leave without resigning because CIC in their background checks may contact your employer and they may say you ran away and this will jeopardize your application. Also, you will need experience certificate etc which can only be issued by your company.

Yes, you will need PCC, work experience, Final Exit copy also. You can get PCC before leaving the country. Work experience can only be issued by your company. You will need Final Exit copy which you will not get if you will not rerun on exit re-entry visa.

Brother, its very rare that an employer will not give you a final exit... Inform them a few months before your contract expires. Even if they create more hassles you can approach labor office via the help of your home country consulate. Labor office is satisfied with your case will give a letter to your employer to relieve you from your duties provided you have fulfilled your contract obligations.

If i were you, i would definitely leave Saudi Arabia on final exit even if i already got a Canadian PR visa.. Going on re-entry and not showing up might lead to bigger problems if your employer gives complain to Jawazat/Government here.. Good luck brother. Try to persuade your employer or as a last resort you can approach labor office via the help of your home country consulate. Nowadays they are very welcoming and helping people in cases like this.

I applied for Character Certificate or Police Clearance Certificate from Pakistani Consulate in Abu Dhabi,
What I received after 5 months is a paper having black and white letterhead with black & white emblem mentioning their is nothing adverse in Police record during my stay at "my address in Pakistan". Only colour on the paper are of the signature and the embassy stamp.

That certificate contain no other information like CNIC No. Passport No. DoB, not even my photo.

I intend to submit the same to the LVO or CIC in the hope that it will be acceptable .

Kindly share your experiences, preference and steps to follow to get PCC from Pakistan while living abroad.
