Hi Guys i have a question i have completed my IELTS exam Speaking 7.5, Reading 6, Writing 6 and Listering 5.5, i know that the minimum criteria for the express entry is CLB 7 however, for saskatchewan using the PNP program, you only need to have CLB 4 above, considering this can I complete the express profile and get accepted into the pool?

Use the crs calculator to find if you are eligible for Express entry.
If you are eligible than it all depends on what your score is.

He would not be eligible for FSW type. But he can still meet criteria for FST -trades. Or for CEC. SK has 2 on demand streams and one is for paper based (outside EE). He shall check all that.
