If you go through the May and June applicants thread you will see that its only been 2-3 weeks since they have started receiving AOR from CIC after a wait of 4 or 5 months. Did CIC charged him the fees? if they have already charge the fees then its fine AOR is on the way any day but if they have not charge the fee then its better to give them a call or send them an email to see what the status of the application, most likely they just give one answer to everyone that wait for another 4 weeks.
