Sample Format of Experience Letter for NOC 2132 Mechanical Engineers

Hi,
I am going to apply for canadian immigration under FSW program. I am in need to supply a ready experience letter to my supervisor/employer to sign and return to me. To do that I want to make a good, flawless reference letter. Can you anyone help me in this regard? It would be great. Thanks in advance.
