Same sex marriage on visitor visa

My partner and i are in relationship from last 2.5 years and now my partner got his PR for canada he is going there so can i also go with him on visitor visa and get marry over there and then apply PR and Open work permit without coming back india and stay with him forver as in india same sex marrige is illegal kindly help me with the solution

Yes - you can certainly do that. Note that to be approved for a TRV, you'll need to demonstrate strong ties to your home country (job, assets, property) and show you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

I'm sorry - I'm not sure I understand your question. If you are asking if a TRV is the same thing as a visitor visa - the answer is yes.
