It's my first time here and I would like to ask some questions. I recently got married (same sex) here in Canada and I want to include my spouse in my ongoing PR application. She is also here under a working visa. She needs to have her NBI clearance from the Philippines and we would like to know the fastest way we can get it? also, in the NBI form, we don't know if she should put "married" in the marital status because same sex is not recognized in the Philippines. And, do we still have to inform the Philippine Consulate about our marriage and apply for a "Report of Marriage?"
