Same company same Noc different location(Country)

Here is my situation:

1. Company ABC on NOC 2273 from 2011, June to 2016 Sept; location: INDIA
2. Company ABC on NOC 2273 from 2016, Sept to 2017 June; location: GERMANY
3. Company ABC on NOC 2273 from 2017, July to 2018 June; location: INDIA
4. Company ABC on NOC 2273 from 2018, July to Now; location: CANADA

In work history, should i enter 4 entries ? or just two entries 1st( combining 1, 2 and 3) and 2nd Canadian experience
