Hi,

As per the suggestion by variuous people I am to attach some pay slips with my application to CHC.
But these are just printed on plain sheets and does not bear any form of official seal or signature.
Is it OK to just get photo copies of these and attach or do I need to get the HR Manager to sign on that.

pls reply

thanks

It is better if you get the company seal on the payslip. It should convince the visa officer, thats the idea

It is better to get your last slip attested by your boss

No its not required to have Company Seal on them if they shows your Company name along with the adress.

But if not then u should have these details on the slip.

i've the same case...Our company provides computerised salary slip and doesnt contain any company seal, however when u print the salary slip it contains the message that this is computer generated pay slip and doesnt require company seal.

I've sent my case to CHC New delhi, as of now, no updates from them with regards to salary slip with company's seal and signature,

to have company seal and signature they ask for what purpose we need the salary slip with stamp? if we disclose for immigration purpose, it might not be good for us as they will know that you intend to migrate to some other country and this will result into unncessarry harassment and even termination of job...

Hi Ruka,

You can request your company's HR Department for Salary Certificate which they will stamp and sign.

pl submit the genuine papers i have heard that chc has a doxs verification agency in case of doubts... so donot fabricate any thing also a salary certifcate and form 16 will also add weight. best way will be the following.

sal slips
form 16
bank statement showing credit of netsalary.
sal certificate showing salary structure of gross and decduction.

if you are submitting all these then it will add lots of weight to your case and it will move very fast.

If you have time you should go for company seal, but if you dont want to go that way then its fine. salary slip must have employee ID or some no. for verification. Also you are sending reference letter from that company, so there shouldnt be problem. You should also send income tax related documents to get faster results.

Thanks for the replies.

Each time, there's a salary increment, the HR department issues a letter to me on company letter head. So I think I can get photocopies of these and get them notarized to attach.

Does that sound good ?

cheers
