I have 3 questions:
1) For my first company I have worked for 1 year and 6 months, do I need to show salary stubs for the full term of employment
2) For my first job since I started work on the last day of the month which is 31st May 2016, for that one day I was paid in cash, how should I show it?
For all the remaining months I was paid by cheque and bank transfer.
3) For my second company I am currently working and I have completed 2 years 11 months
How many month's salary stubs are required to be shown?

I will start by telling you that you get maximal points for 3 years of job experience. You don't have to show anything beyond that (you can but you won't earn anything extra).

With that said, if you can get employment letters according to CIC requirements you don't need any pay slips. In other words, if you can get employment letters with the letter head of the company mentioning your job roles according to your NOC, your salary, the working hours, and signed by someone like an HR or CEO than you will be more than fine.

Good luck with your application!
