SAIT, NAIT or BCIT

Hi, I'm thinking about studying Architectural Technology, and was wondering if someone could help me with usefull information about the colleges I'm interested. NAIT, SAIT or BCIT, which is better? Or would you recommend another institution? I'm looking for information about the campus, courses, teachers, opportunities and pretty much anything you can tell me!
