Safety Officer job requirement (Calgary vs Toronto)

I am a Health and Safety Officer with 5 years of experience in oil and gas industry.

Does any one can tell what are the Safety Officer - Job Opportunities in Calgary and Toronto? Will be landing in either Calgary or Toronto- haven't decided yet.

I do know that the jobs will probably be radically different as the H & S regulations vary from province to province. I did a basic Provincial health and safety act awareness course in Saskatchewan alongside a guy who came in from Ontario. He described it as like "traveling back in time 15 years".
